• Alpus will evaluate the cost of the works based on the Property Investor´s stated requirements.

• Alpus will give their assessment of the value of the site based on standard software and advise the Property Investor

• Cost of service 500GBP per site (within 1 hour travel time)

• Extra miles and time at 100GBP per hour.
