Project Review & Audit

Alpus Project Management will carry out the following activities as part of the Project Review and Audit Report:

1. A comprehensive review of all available project information, such as drawings and specifications, contracts, programs/time schedules, progress reports, and key correspondence.

2. Prepare a concise report about their observations and findings on the basis of the information that has been presented to them.

3. Carry out a site visit to the project worksite and report on their findings and observations within their summary report.

4. Make recommendations to address any perceived shortcomings or problems or issues.

5. Include a clear action plan of the next steps to address current issues as part of their recommendations.
